Mediated Learning Support Assistant (MeLSA) training

Perfect for any teaching or non teaching member of staff who wants to become a specialist in how to accelerate learning and maximise potential through effective adult mediation. Covers key topics like memory and processing and growth mindset, as well as training in targeted evidence based literacy and numeracy interventions. Also great for a member of the senior management team who may want to lead in this area and disseminate training to the wider staff group. Six full days of training (including a complimentary lunchtime feast) and four follow up supervision sessions led by Educational Psychologists.
