Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) Training
Price: £650 per place
This 5-week training course provides ELSAs with a robust understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs. Areas covered include understanding and managing emotions, effective peer relationships and bereavement & loss. ELSAs will be able to plan and implement bespoke individual and group interventions in their own school. The training also includes follow up supervision sessions.

Price: £165 for 3 x 1.5 hour sessions
We are now offering follow up supervision sessions for trained ELSAs across Lincolnshire. We will refresh the
core aspects of ELSA training, provide problem-solving support and discuss new strategies and interventions.
The supervision sessions will be delivered over the next academic year and can be delivered remotely if required.
