What is Leadership MeLSA?
Specifically adapted for senior leaders wanting to develop teachers’ and TAs’ use of mediated learning approaches across school.
Includes relevant theory and how this can be applied practically in the classroom, as well as opportunities to plan dissemination across school, and problem solve with qualified Educational Psychologists.
Who should attend?
A member of SLT to attend, who is able to plan future CPD sessions in school.
It can be helpful to attend with a colleague, so that discussions regarding dissemination can begin during training sessions rather than waiting until trainees have returned to school.
